CORE co-operates closely with the OSCE/Council of Europe department of the German Federal Foreign Office. Knowledge transfer and policy analysis are at the centre of this co-operation. CORE has produced many policy papers on OSCE-relevant issues commissioned by the Federal Foreign Office, some of which were also published as CORE Working Papers. Topics include the prevention of radicalization, co-operation between the OSCE and the Council of Europe, the OSCE Human Dimension, and OSCE field operations. CORE has also analyzed OSCE Chairmanships and the conditions enabling their success. We examine the geographic regions of Russia and Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia.
