On November 20, eleven members of the Deep Cuts Commission met at IMEMO Moscow with a number of leading Russian researchers to discuss the impact of the latest mutual U.S.-Russian non-compliance allegations in conjunction with the INF Treaty. On behalf of IFSH, Ulrich Kühn and Götz Neuneck took part in the meeting.
