Members of the Deep Cuts Commission Neuneck (IFSH), Miasnikov (Centre for Arms Control and Environmental Studies), and Pifer (Brookings Institution) discussed the First Report of the Deep Cuts Commission at a side-event to the NPT PrepCom in New York. The event took place at the Permanent Mission of Germany to the United Nations Headquarter. German Ambassador to the Geneva CD, Michael Biontino moderated the panel. German Ambassador Thomas delivered a welcome speech.
