David Weiß

David Weiß has been a researcher in the research area “Societal Peace and Internal Security” since February 2025. There he is part of the editorial team of the ZeFKo Studies in Peace and Conflict (ZeFKo), which is based at IFSH. Previously, he studied political science at the University of Hamburg and, between 2020 and 2023, the M.A. program in political theory at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, TU Darmstadt and Virginia Tech in the US.  

David Weiß researches the international, geopolitical and foreign policy thought of reactionary, new right authors, especially in Germany and the US, and examines their influence on the foreign policy programs of right-wing populist parties.
