The ZeFKo Studies in Peace and Conflict are the leading academic journal in peace and conflict studies within the German-speaking world. It is published at IFSH on behalf of the German Association of Peace and Conflict Studies (AFK) with Springer VS. The editors-in-chief at are Hendrik Hegemann and Hanna Pfeifer. The editorial office is led by David Weiß.
ZeFKo publishes a broad range of articles from different theoretical and methodological traditions and offers a central forum for current research and discussion on all matters of peace, conflict and violence. It is interdisciplinary in orientation, includes contributions in German and English and secures its high academic standards through a policy of strict double-blind peer review.
