From December 12-13, Deep Cuts Commissioners met again in Hamburg to discuss the issues of European security and arms control. This time, also participants from China, France, and the United Kingdom took part in the discussions. On December 12, Councillor of State, Horst-Michael Pelikahn welcomed the guests at the Hamburg Rathaus where they were addressed by the former First Mayor of Hamburg, Klaus von Dohnanyi and the Member of the German Bundestag, Niels Annen. The Commission plans to release its Second Report in early 2015.
