On 2 October, Dr Argyro Kartsonaki addressed the 22nd Autumn Meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Dublin. Speaking at the first session of the meeting, "The OSCE's Conflict Cycle: Dialogue Facilitation, Conflict Resolution, Mediation Support, Conciliation and Post-Conflict Rehabilitation", Kartsonaki focused on the role of international actors in conflict resolution and dialogue facilitation in secessionist conflicts. Kartsonaki stressed the importance of involving women in all stages of the peace process and the necessity to address the needs of youth in any conflict context.
