The IFSH participated in several events at the 34th German Protestant Church Congress in Hamburg.On 2 May, Dr. Margret Johannsen spoke[nbsp] at a symposium on Benjamin Britten’s War Requiem in St. Peter’s Cathedral, which had the title "Four impulses to call a halt show ways out of violence”. On 3 May, Dr. Patricia Schneider attended a panel discussion in the fish auction hall under the title “Störtebecker looked different: Piracy today”. On 4 May, Prof. Michael Brzoska gave a lecture at Hamburg’s Main Congress Site on “Global bargain hunting: resources und governance”, and the cantata “Und es ward: Hiroshima” by Felicitas Kukuck, based on a text by Margret Johannsen, was performed in the Christianskirche.
