From December 3-5, Ulrich Kühn on behalf of IFAR attended the conference on 'The Impact of the Crisis in Ukraine on the Future of Arms Control', jointly organized by the Heinrich Böll Stiftung Prague and the itute of International Relations Prague as well as 'The Prague Agends 2014' conference conducted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. In his presentation, Kühn focused on the state of affairs and the prospects for conventional arms control in Europe.
