Welcome Anja Dahlmann! Since the beginning of October, the IFSH Berlin Office has a new head. The political researcher and expert on humanitarian arms control is responsible for making IFSH research known to political decision-makers and the public in Berlin.
As a researcher, Anja Dahlmann also works in the research and transfer project Arms Control and EmergingTechnologies. Her work covers, among other things, autonomous weapons systems. Anja Dahlmann is looking forward to the cooperation with her colleagues in Hamburg and Berlin: "The Berlin office especially strengthens the practical orientation of IFSH. Together we want to further anchor peace research in Berlin."
The Berlin Office promotes the exchange between science, politics and other actors through various event formats. These include, among other things, confidential background discussions. Here IFSH experts discuss their research results and recommendations for action with other experts and political decision-makers. In addition, there are regular offers for the interested public. You can find an overview of IFSH events here.
