Dr. Alexander Graef

Dr. Alexander Graef has been accepted as a Fellow in the ACONA Program 2020-2021. ACONA is an international cooperation project for young professionals in the field of international security and arms control. It is jointly supported by six partner organizations in the USA, Russia, Germany and Iceland. The twelve-month programme enables the Fellows to attend three Boot Camps to deepen their knowledge of the history, politics and technology of arms control and to learn and expand their negotiating techniques. ACONA thus supports the next generation of security and arms control experts on their career path.
