Patricia Schneider took part in a conference organized by PRIF and the cluster of excellence “Normative Orders” at the Goethe University Frankfurt/Main from November 4-5, 2011. She presented the topic “The Transnational Governance of Maritime Security”. The conference focused on the role of non-state actors.
