From 2007 to 2022, CORE conducted training courses to support incoming OSCE Chairs as they prepared to lead the organization. Courses were conducted for Albania, Germany, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, and Ukraine. These courses brought together officials of incoming chairing countries, representatives of OSCE structures and institutions, and diplomats from states that had previously chaired the OSCE. CORE also provided training for an incoming Chair of the OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation.
