Since 2007, CORE has offered training courses to prepare incoming OSCE Chairs. States that have participated in these courses include Albania, Germany, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, and Ukraine. The training course bring together officials of the incoming Chair, representatives of OSCE structures and institutions, and diplomats from states that previously chaired the OSCE.
