Research Profile | Current Projects

Wolfgang Rudischhauser covers and is interested in a broad array of topics in the security policy realm. Having worked in various positions and institutions dealing with arms control and disarmament and security policy in the last nearly 20 years, as well as twice in China, his current research interests are linked to both the topics and the region: The rise of China politically and militarily in the past two decades, and growing geopolitical rivalry in the Indo-Pacific region between the superpowers, has created new challenges and risks. His current work will therefore focus on the impact, China’s military modernization and built-up as well as the introduction of new military technologies in the region will have on global and regional stability.
